A first view on how Cultur can seed PUMA Suede within a selected community of style, music and culture voices.
Names are selected from Cultur’s own network and wider community based on style, audience fit and likelihood of natural posting.
The Suede can be placed as part of a wider outfit or gifting story, not as a loose product send-out.
We encourage posting and style direction, but we keep it organic. This means no guaranteed deliverables unless separately agreed.
Below is the working answer to the AW26 Always On Foundation questions around reach, name approval, gifting kits and CulturFemale integration.
The current working pool ranges from roughly 5K to 2M+ per profile, with a broad mix of emerging, mid-size and larger cultural profiles. Key cities include Paris, Amsterdam and London. Depending on the drop, we can balance smaller high-taste profiles with a few larger reach profiles.
Yes. Before each monthly seeding round, Cultur can share a proposed name list with PUMA for approval. The list stays flexible until outreach and sizing are confirmed.
A wider gifting kit including Cultur product is not something we would build into the always-on seeding programme at this stage.
For specific drops, however, we can explore it where the timing naturally aligns with a Cultur release and the product combination feels relevant. In those moments, there could be an opportunity to create a more complete gifting package around both brands.
This is also something we would be interested in exploring more structurally for 2027, where we can plan relevant moments further in advance.
Each seeding can include a custom Cultur seeding message or personalised card per recipient. The note can lightly encourage them to tag the relevant PUMA channels and @culturfits, so Cultur can repost selected organic output on its own channels, while keeping the tone natural and non-forced.
Cultur prepares a suggested list based on the product focus, city, moment and cultural relevance.
PUMA gets oversight on the names before the seeding round starts. Any sensitivities or exclusions can be flagged here.
Cultur handles first outreach, sizing, delivery details and context around the product or kit.
Cultur tracks posts, stories and relevant organic output, then shares a recap of what came through.
This is an example selection from our wider seeding pool. The list is not final and can change per drop, but it gives an indication of the type and range of profiles we can activate. Final selection depends on availability, sizing and PUMA approval.

Relevance can shift from one seeding moment to the next. One product, city, event or cultural angle may be a stronger fit for certain people, while another seeding may naturally suit a different group. The final selection therefore stays flexible based on relevance, availability, sizing, brand fit and timing.
This is not a fixed talent list and it should not be read as a confirmed deliverable list. Cultur will propose a monthly selection, PUMA can review it, and the final seeding group will only be locked after outreach and sizing confirmation.
